Bisnow on-line report features Bastille Day celebration
Bisnow’s “The Scene” social report captured the French International Culinary Society (FICS) Red, White and Brut celebration in Dupont circle on July 8, 2010. This Bastille Day celebration was held at The Washington Club.
Six of Washington, DC’s top chefs offered samples of their food, while Veuve Cliquot and Moet & Chandon champagnes were served in addition to artisan wines.
Noted attendees captured by Bisnow for the publication’s pictures were Petit Plats’ chef de cuisine Patrick Moulet, and La Chaumiere’s chef/ proprietor Patrick Orange. The write up on the FICS event ran in Bisnow’s “The Scene” on July 9.
