The FICS puts its spotlight on Chef Daniel Labonne

Chef Daniel Labonne is the subject of our latest “Members focus,” which is now posted on the French International Culinary Society website.

As the Chef and Owner of Bistro La Bonne, the Martinique-born Labonne is bringing French food to Washington, D.C.’s revitalized U Street corridor. He opened the two-level restaurant last January, and has rapidly attracted a clientele seeking his classic cuisine.

Bistro La Bonne currently serves lunch Tuesday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; dinner is available every day from 5:00 p.m. until midnight; and brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
