Join chefs of the French International Culinary Society for “RED, WHITE & BRUT!” – an exclusive celebration of Bastille Day complete with gourmet food, special champagne and good company. This year’s event will be held at the Washington Club on Thursday, July 8.

This is a walk-around cocktail party with casual seating in an elegant setting. Come early to meet and mingle with many of the Washington, D.C. metro area’s best French chefs and restaurant owners, and take part in the FICS’ fundraising activities.

The annual “RED, WHITE & BRUT!” event also will kick off a week-long celebration of the French National Holiday, with FICS member restaurants offering gourmet offers and special deals from July 9-15. Participating restaurants will be announced at www.ficsevents.com as they are confirmed.
