Jacques Haeringer – Chef de Cuisine at the legendary L’Auberge Chez François – is celebrating the season with a series of entertaining and enlightening cooking demonstrations in January and February. The Chef will share his passion for classic and contemporary French cuisine while teaching expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade, followed by a delightful meal of fine food and wine.
