Pesce’s Arnaud Perreau joins Marché de Noël chefs

Arnaud Perreau, Executive Chef at D.C.’s Pesce fish market and bistro cafe, has been added to the stellar roster of chefs appearing at the French International Culinary Society’s Marché de Noël – a special holiday event celebrating French gastronomy.

The chef will offer an exquisite menu of Pumpkin Soup with Scallops and Dark Chocolate and Shrimp on Guacamole Bruschetta.
