Jacques Haeringer, Chef de Cuisine of the legendary L’Auberge Chez François, will sign his books “Two for Tonight” and “The Chez François Coobook” at Le Marché de Noël, as well as offer special deals on cooking lessons and degustation dinners.

Chef Michel Richard will also be on hand at the event, offering his famous “Gougeres” – French cheese puffs – from Michel Richard Central and Caramel Mousse from Michel Richard Citronelle. He will also sign copies of his book “Happy in the Kitchen,” which will be available at a special price.
